Role Overview:

YLSLG seeks an associate attorney who shares the passion for real estate law and litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in litigation and/or real estate law and impeccable writing and research skills. Experience with billable hours is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle real estate matters with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with our experienced legal team on complex assignments and projects
• Provide exceptional legal counsel to YLSLG’s diverse clientele
• Meet client and court expectations and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law with an Indiana law firm
• Strongly Preferred: At least two years of litigation and/or real estate law practice experience
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively

Notable Projects:

YLSLG has contributed to several significant public improvement projects as part of internationally award-winning land acquisition teams. These include the largest bridge project and five sections of the largest new-terrain highway project in the United States.
