Associate Attorney

Role: Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Automobile / Defense)

Location: Remote (Georgia, USA)

A well-established national law firm representing major automobile manufacturers is actively seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team.

This is a fully remote opportunity for Georgia-licensed attorneys with strong litigation experience who are comfortable managing high-volume caseloads and working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle defense-side civil litigation matters (automobile / product / warranty-related)
• Manage a high volume of cases across multiple clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court (remote and in-person as needed)
• Work closely with national clients and legal teams across jurisdictions

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license in Georgia (required)
• 3–8 years of Civil litigation experience
• Experience in automobile / insurance defense preferred
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a billable hour environment (1800+ hours)
• Additional Southeast state licenses (FL, AL, TN, SC, NC) are a strong plus
