We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney (3–5 years of experience) who doesn’t just "handle" cases, but drives them. As an Associate at Lieser Skaff, you will be on the front lines, owning your files and standing up in court. We don't do micro-management. ● Represent Clients: Lead property and business litigation matters from intake to resolution with a high degree of independence.
● Advocate with Confidence: Draft high-level pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
● Courtroom Presence: Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.
● Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support document preparation and case strategy.
● Strategic Counseling: Provide direct legal counsel and guidance to our diverse client base.
● Collaborative Management: Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
● Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
● Experience & Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
● Proven Track Record: 3–5 years of property and/or litigation experience.
● Academic Excellence: Strong academic credentials and a polished professional background.
● A "Go-Getter": You are a "bootstrapper" who sees a problem, researches the solution, and executes without needing a manual.
● Independent Operator: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively without being prompted.
● Communication Pro: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and comfort with public speaking and courtroom appearances.
● Tech Savvy: Proficiency in legal research tools and software (Clio and NetDocs experience is a plus).
● Team Player: A strong work ethic with a commitment to a collaborative and unified team culture.

Benefits & Compensation
● Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 base.
