Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time associate attorney with 3-5 years of relevant California civil litigation experience to join our team handling existing and incoming business litigation matters. This includes all aspects of pleadings, law and motion, discovery and trial. You will join a team where you will use your skills and experience to make direct and substantial contributions to client success and firm growth. This role also includes opportunities to assist with and handle business transactions, compliance, privacy, intellectual property and general internet law issues.
This is primarily an on-site position with flexible hybrid options available (e.g., a set number of remote workdays per month).
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate has earned a J.D. from an accredited law school and is a currently licensed California attorney in good standing with the California State Bar with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience. They will possess strong legal research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills. They will have significant stand-up court experience.
