Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Trevecca Nazarene University is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Women's Soccer Coach to join our program. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the head coach in all areas of the program, including training, recruiting, mentoring student-athletes, and fostering the mission of Trevecca.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting daily training sessions, practice organization, and game preparation.
• Recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes who align with the academic, athletic, and Christian values of Trevecca.
• Support the holistic development of student-athletes: spiritually, academically, and athletically.
• Help organize travel logistics, scouting reports, film analysis, and team operations.
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
• Foster a positive team culture consistent with the mission of Trevecca and the athletic department's "Christian Scholar-Athlete" philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience required.
• Strong commitment to Christian faith and the mission of Trevecca Nazarene University.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, teach, and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential.
• Ability to hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to hold and maintain CPR certification.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary.
• Must be Title IX compliant and demonstrate a commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all student-athletes.
• Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
• MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE USA (NO VISA SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED)
