Hourly Pay: $14.00 – $16.00

What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong organizational & decision-making skills
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth
Passion for early childhood education and willingness to grow
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Implement daily lesson plans and maintain a safe, structured environment
Document and report on child progress using technology
Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
Show creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm in all interactions
