Assistant Property Manager

Direct-Hire Opportunity | Full-Time


One of our clients is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential community. This individual will play an integral role in resident relations, leasing administration, financial coordination, and overall property operations while partnering closely with the Property Manager and onsite team.

Responsibilities


Resident Relations & Community Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors
  • Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate follow-up with appropriate team members
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident communications
  • Coordinate parking requests, resident documentation, and related administrative processes
  • Support community initiatives designed to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
  • Help ensure residents receive timely and professional service throughout their tenancy


Property Operations & Administration

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the property management office
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of property documentation
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and office communications
  • Monitor service requests and facilitate communication between residents and maintenance teams
  • Assist with vendor communication and operational projects
  • Manage office supplies, document retention, and general administrative functions


Financial & Leasing Support

  • Assist with rent collection and payment processing activities
  • Support invoice organization and accounts payable administration
  • Maintain accurate resident account records and documentation
  • Assist with lease administration, application processing, and renewal tracking
  • Support occupancy-related reporting and resident account reconciliations
  • Help facilitate move-out procedures and final account reviews


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, office administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Prior property management, leasing, or residential operations experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment



This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
