Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Manufacturing Project Analyst.


To facilitate project management support to various cross functional departments at client site.


Responsibilities

  • Have prior experience working with cross functional team on Product Management, Engg, Sourcing.
  • Run daily status on all active projects and initiatives.
  • Documenting progress, creating tasks and subtasks on MS project/Smartsheet / Open Plan/PM tool etc. by coordinating with numerous participants and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for reporting progress, risks, and communicating with senior leadership.
  • Responsible for problem solving & come up with suggestions/recommendations through data-based approaches.
  • Responsible for documentation, task detailing, quickly understanding diverse areas and action and being able to.
  • Ensure follow- up with people for status and details to report accurate and latest status, problem solve to meet deadlines and act as liaison between various groups.
  • Ability to adapt to various kinds of projects.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Highly disciplined, prompt, proactive and methodical in work style.
  • Lean and Six Sigma certified with problem solving skills.
  • Responsible for communicating regular updates to Genpact Manager about client engagement.
  • Work in collaboration with larger Genpact team based on site at client office.
  • Should be able to train and lead initiatives or team in expanded capacity at Genpact.


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in Aerospace industry.
  • Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Significant experience in aerospace industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience of any PM Tool like Open Plan, Smartsheet must.
  • Projects experience in areas of supply chain, After Market Services, engineering, capex etc.
  • Ability to provide guidance to improve process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Motivated self-starter that can productively work alone and in teams/groups to solve problems and get work done.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $72,000 to $80,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
