ADON/Nurse Manager – Long-Term Care
Location: Close to Denver, Colorado (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (8 hour day shifts)
Salary: $74,880 – $93,600 base (DOE)
Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (1-year commitment required)
Relocation Bonus: $5,000

Our client is seeking a Nurse Manager to support the Director of Nursing in leading daily clinical operations within a long-term care environment. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance.
What We’re Looking For
A clinically strong Registered Nurse with experience in long-term care or skilled nursing who can manage operations, support staff development, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This individual should be detail-oriented, decisive, and comfortable handling both administrative and hands-on clinical responsibilities.
Qualifications
Active Colorado RN license or compact license required
BLS certification required
At least 2+ years in LTC is preferred
Prior leadership or Nurse Manager experience in LTC or SNF preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Proven ability to manage staff, schedules, and clinical operations
Strong communication skills with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations
Provide clinical oversight and support across nursing staff
Coordinate care plans, assessments, and medication administration records
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Participate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and incident reporting
Support hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of staff
Manage schedules and staffing assignments
Serve as liaison between families, providers, and internal care teams
Step into leadership role in absence of Director of Nursing or Administrator
Provide direct patient care as needed, including off-hours (On Call)
