Position SummaryThe HR Business Partner is the service delivery owner to assigned organizational units, as well as the HR liaison for the functional areas of Human Resources. He/she will have direct line accountability for vacancy/talent management, performance management and employee relations matters and will be accountable for the delivery and service levels for all other HR services. The Business Partner will leverage the subject matter expertise within central HR to deliver effective and timely HR solutions and programs to his/her constituents.
