Asset & Demand Planning Specialist

Position: Asset & Demand Planning Specialist 

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Asset & Demand Planning Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Demand Planning Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and forecasting demand across the Americas. This opportunity allows you to utilize your analytical skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, focusing on data interpretation, inventory health, and cross-functional coordination. If you're looking to grow within analytics, forecasting, and planning functions, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor inventory levels to support service level targets
• Track aging, excess, and slow-moving inventory
• Prepare data and analysis for inventory reviews
• Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems
• Update demand forecasts using sales inputs and historical data
• Analyze demand trends and identify risks
• Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams
• Assist with new product launch demand projections
• Prepare KPI reports related to inventory and forecasting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning or inventory analysis
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with ERP or planning systems preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with forecasting and variance analysis
• Background in data analysis or business analytics
• Exposure to supply chain planning or inventory management systems
• Experience identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations
