The Opportunity
We are hiring an Assembly Manager to lead execution on our production floor across:
- Switchboard assembly
- Panelboard assembly
- Wiring and electrical builds
- EV infrastructure assembly
This role is focused on execution and performance, working in close partnership with our Master Scheduler to ensure production plans translate into real results.
Compensation
- $110,000 – $145,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus tied to operational KPIs
What You’ll Own
- Execution of production schedules and on-time delivery
- Leadership of assembly teams and shop floor operations
- Real-time management of constraints, labor, and bottlenecks
- Cross-functional coordination with engineering, supply chain, and project management
- Continuous improvement across production
