Assemblers Needed! – 2nd & 3rd Shift

We’re hiring Assembly Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team producing automotive components. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, want consistent off‑shift hours, and are looking to build long‑term manufacturing skills.

As an Assembly Technician, you will manually assemble automotive parts while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who are comfortable with repetitive, hands‑on tasks in a team‑driven environment.

• Hand‑assemble automotive components following standardized work instructions
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using manual tools and fixtures
• Inspect parts throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused workstation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Meet daily production goals with consistent attention to detail
• Communicate defects, issues, or concerns to team leads or supervisors

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality expectations
• Reliable attendance, especially for off‑shift schedules
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Permanent position based out of Shelbyville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Shelbyville,IL.
