Assembly Technician
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:30AM start with overtime!

What You'll Do
- Assemble products by following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform intricate assembly tasks requiring strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Test completed products to verify proper function and identify defects.
- Track and maintain inventory of parts, materials, and tools used during assembly.
- Accurately complete assembly records, quality checks, and production documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support production goals.
- Safely lift and handle materials, including cords and components weighing up to 50 pounds.
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
- Strong hand strength and fine motor skills.
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to distinguish depth, dimensions, and colors accurately.
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, and manipulating materials up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
