The Arlington Team Lead will play a key role in supporting this growth and upholding the brand’s standards.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Entertainment District in Arlington, TX. The Arlington Team Lead will support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising. This role will guide and support store associates on the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies. The Team Lead will assist in training new team members, coordinating schedules, and helping to meet sales and performance goals. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized store environment and promptly addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Retail operations skills, including cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and basic inventory control.
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities, such as coaching, delegating tasks, and supporting staff development.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle customer issues professionally.
  • Basic visual merchandising skills, including product presentation, signage placement, and maintaining store standards.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform other physical tasks related to store operations.
  • Prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred, especially in apparel, lifestyle, or outdoor goods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Interest in men’s outdoor lifestyle products and willingness to learn detailed product knowledge.
