The Axel Group is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join a collaborative and design-driven team in Essex County. This individual will report directly to a Project Architect and Principal, playing a key role in developing project documents and high-quality presentation materials across various phases of design.
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Grasshopper
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong coordination skills with consultants and project teams
• Graphically talented with an eye for design and presentation
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members/interns
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently
