The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an Architect / Draftsperson with 3–5 years of experience in office and retail design in NYC. This is a full-time opportunity to work closely with senior team members on multiple active projects, contributing to both technical documentation and project coordination. What You’ll Do:
• Conduct site surveys and document existing conditions
• Prepare and revise construction documents using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal teams
• Assist with project management tasks and deadlines
• Support space planning and design development efforts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
What You Bring:
• 3–5 years of professional experience in office/retail design (NYC experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2024 or higher
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Rhino and V-Ray is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required
Salary:
70-75k
