This individual is a producer and leads the “practice” side of the work. They are responsible for the design, deliverables (drawings and specifications) and the construction administration of the project. This would include coordination of staff and consultants.

This position requires independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. They also lead the technical design aspects of a project including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.

Treanor will not sponsor work visas for this position. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Portfolios must be submitted for all design and project management positions (Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interiors, etc). Applications without work samples will not be reviewed. Treanor is committed to equitable compensation practices. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $85,000 – 110,000 and will vary by the states we operate in.
