Job Summary
The Learning & Performance team is seeking a learning consultant to lead initiatives within Comcast Advertising. In this role, you would be responsible for establishing learning strategies in partnership with business leaders, and designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions for employees and leaders to drive business performance. We’re seeking a candidate who can provide deep expertise in adult learning theory and best practices in learning experience design, has experience in being an architect and maintaining end-to-end learning strategies and is able to balance best practice with business realities to iterate and develop creative solutions in an agile environment. This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff.Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inEducation, Instructional Design, ora relatedfield.
3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and client engagement.
Familiarity with eLearning, graphic design,and video developmenttools such as Articulate, Camtasia,Canva,Photoshop,or similar software.
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning strategies atscale.
Excellentconsulting,communication,and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experienceoperatingin an agile, flexible business and learning environmentisa plus.
Experience in asales or technology company is a plus.
