Electrician – Data Center Construction

We’re hiring Electricians to support electrical and instrumentation installation on a large new‑construction data center project. This role works under a Journeyman Electrician and focuses on conduit, wiring, instrumentation, and basic testing to support automation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and bend EMT/conduit; pull, label, and terminate wiring
  • Mount instruments, PLCs, and electrical components
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs
  • Read diagrams and schematics to support automation systems
  • Follow all job‑site safety and quality standards

Pay & Per Diem:

  • $32–$34/hour + weekly overtime
  • $178/day per diem

Requirements:

  • Experience with conduit, wire pulling, and basic electrical work
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams/schematics
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and multimeters
  • Strong safety awareness and reliability on active construction sites
  • TDLR Apprentice or Journeyman License Required
  • OSHA 10 Certification Required

  • New‑construction data center - PROJECT IS LOCATED IN CLAUDE, TX!!!
  • Hands‑on, fast‑paced job site with strict safety requirement

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lubbock, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
