Product Development Coordinator
Job Description:
- Supports the product development lifecycle for both the OMNi Catalog and custom projects.
- Coordinates development efforts between client and overseas manufacturers to ensure final garments meet client standards for quality, fit, and construction standards.
- Support development of large-scale uniform programs for national clients.
- Create detailed tech packs, including technical sketches, construction details, fabric and trim specifications, and labeling/packaging guidelines.
- Oversee the shipment of samples and trims throughout the development process.
- Research trends and customer insights to curate and forecast new catalog product offerings.
- Manage model and garment styling at OMNi catalog photoshoots.
Requirements:
- On-site position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and product development processes required.
- Occasional travel may be required.
