We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who can independently design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Cypress, TypeScript/JavaScript, and a solid understanding of Java-based application architectures.

This role requires someone who can build end-to-end automation suites, drive quality engineering practices, and serve as a technical anchor for the broader automation team.

AI Developer Job Description – P&C Projects

1. Top Three Skills and Experience:

1. Agentic AI Pipelines:3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems, including orchestration, multi-step reasoning, and tool integration.
2. RAG Systems:2+ years of experience developing production-grade RAG solutions (retrieval, embeddings, vector stores).
3. Python:Strong proficiency in Python for AI development.

2. Top Three Technology Tools:

1. Langchain/Langgraph:For building and interacting with agentic AI applications.
2. Python:For core AI development, scripting, and data manipulation.
3. Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate):For implementing RAG components.

A Developer would spend their days:

• Writing and testing Python code to implement specific agent behaviors, RAG functionalities, and tool integrations within the Langchain/Langgraph framework.
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines for RAG systems, interacting with vector databases to store and retrieve information.
• Integrating AI components with existing systems through API calls, often using Python.
• Collaborating with the Tech Lead and other team members on feature development and bug fixing.
• Develop and implement agentic AI pipelines under the guidance of the Tech Lead.
• Build and optimize RAG systems, including data ingestion, embedding generation, and query processing.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for AI applications.
• Integrate AI components with other services via APIs.
• Assist in the design and implementation of AI infrastructure and application stacks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within AI systems.
• Contribute to the team's adoption of best practices in AI development and deployment.
• Candidates should have demonstrable projects or contributions related to agentic AI and RAG.
• A solid understanding of Python libraries relevant to AI/ML is crucial.
• Familiarity with API development and integration is important.
• Previous experience working in a team environment, especially on AI projects, is beneficial.
• Enthusiasm for learning and working with the latest AI technologies, including frameworks like Langchain/Langgraph.
