The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team, you will oversee multiple multidisciplinary teams consisting of data scientists, software engineers, front-end developers, and other specialists in the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of end-to-end AI solutions. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while maintaining the utmost standards of quality and integrity. - Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in developing AI solutions

- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of end-to-end AI systems

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role managing multiple multidisciplinary teams
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
- Proven track record of hands-on AI solution delivery
- Experience managing large-scale AI development projects
- Depth in advanced analytical techniques including NLP and optimization
- Experience with MLOps tooling and practices
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP systems
- Proficiency with containerization and microservice architectures
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL storage technologies
- Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or publications
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
