This is a hands-on AI Automation Engineer role at a well-capitalized, publicly traded real estate investment organization with a sophisticated national footprint. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and prioritize areas where agentic AI can eliminate manual tasks and streamline processes.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents to assist team members and automate internal decision workflows.
  • Build analytics models, reporting tools, and dashboards utilizing LLM insights for enhanced business decisions.
  • Research and evaluate emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and platforms to guide the organization’s AI strategy.
  • Document AI architectures, solutions, and workflows for internal knowledge sharing and governance.
  • Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects related to agentic AI adoption across the business.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of real-world experience deploying AI-driven automations and using LLM-based engineering tools in a production environment.
  • Proficiency with LLM-based engineering tools in deployed workflows.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business-mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical environments.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated desire to deepen expertise in agentic AI and automation.
