  • Proven proficiency in all areas of Proposal and Marketing Management
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, proficiency in illustrator or Photoshop for graphic design


Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for one of our large CM clients to support their Florida market. This candidate will sit locally in their Raleigh, NC HQ 5x a week and work directly with the VP of Marketing.


This person will be responsible for the production and quality of all regional marketing collateral materials, as well as supporting the overall business development efforts of the company.


• Leading assigned marketing pursuits including proposals, qualifications, award submissions and presentation materials.

• Create targeted content by interviewing team members and conducting independent research

• Design visual assets such as logos, infographics, and custom graphics to support proposals and marketing materials

• Support collateral marketing efforts such as career fairs, jobsite signage, supporting company events and social media posts

• Weekly calls with directors and the marketing team to review schedule and discuss deliverables

• Ensure branding and quality is consistent with company standards

• Conduct client and project research to support strategic business development initiatives





Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation: 40/hr - 52/hr
