What You’ll Do
Executive Partnership:Provide high-level confidential support to the CHRO, Deputy CHRO, and legal leadership. You’ll be the architect behind their presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
Legal & Litigation Support:Assist the General Counsel and Director of Employment Litigation by managing case files, transcribing dictation, and preparing complex legal documents.
Command Central:Coordinate high-stakes meetings and special events—from securing facilities and drafting agendas to ensuring minutes are captured and distributed.
Operational Excellence:Review and process personnel requests to ensure policy compliance and keep the Office of Human Resources Management running smoothly by managing resources and supplies.
Team Synergy:Act as a vital backup for the Executive Assistant and HR Generalist, ensuring seamless operations across the department.
