The Administrative Associate’s key responsibility is to provide administrative support to all members of the IIA team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Additional responsibilities will involve work with the Business Development team in researching and identifying leads, qualifying targets, communicating with potential clients, and providing market feedback. Responsibilities will also combine marketing, website management and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support as needed, including, but not limited to:
Manage data entry into CRM database
Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase brand awareness activity on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Support and manage pipeline of potential clients with the support of the business development team
Conduct research via websites, databases and other sources for prospect information
Conduct outreach primarily via cold calling to newly identified prospects
Schedule appointments and manage sales-oriented logistics
Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media
Background and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, and content creation
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Valid Driver’s license
· Organized, with a strong attention to detail, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Creative problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as be a strong team contributor
· Exposure to CRM databases a plus
