A Boston based Investment firm is seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a team within their financial services/product division. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, corporate financial services environment while building a long-term career. The role requires strong administrative, communication, and technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to senior team members
  • Coordinate meetings, manage complex calendars, and arrange domestic/international travel.
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and client correspondence.
  • Event Planning**
  • Process expense reports, manage vendor invoices, and track departmental budgets.
  • Support internal communications, event coordination, and documentation updates.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of administrative experience in financial services, banking, or investment management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
