Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Redmond, Hybrid (3 days onsite required, including Mondays)

Duration: 18 month contract

Pay: $28-30.50/hr. (depending on benefits selection)

Overview

Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide executive and operational support within a fast-paced organization. This role supports senior leadership, coordinates team operations, and provides backup support across the broader administrative team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment


Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Coordinate meetings and events while adapting to changing business priorities
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Staffing, Facilities, and administrative teams
  • Track headcount, open positions, onboarding activities, distribution lists, and workspace allocation
  • Support office moves, equipment purchasing, asset tracking, and inventory management
  • Monitor team budgets and expenses and partner with Finance as needed
  • Organize team meetings, offsites, morale events, and other organizational activities
  • Provide proactive administrative support based on business needs


Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong executive calendar management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience collaborating across teams and departments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Employee Central, TA Hub, HR Insights, MSS, Informa, and MS Space preferred
  • Ability to lift and move standard office equipment as needed


Preferred Background

  • Recent Microsoft administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft internal tools is highly desired
