A leading global financial services institution is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support top-level advisors within its Private Wealth Management division. This is a high-touch role operating in a fast-paced, confidential environment serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.


*Contract: 12+ months

*Fully Onsite, 5 Days/Week in Brickell, Miami

*Spanish Fluency Required


What you'll do:

  • Manage complex calendars, senior-level meetings, and conference call logistics for top advisors
  • Handle highly confidential client information and sensitive communications with full discretion
  • Manage high-volume phone interactions with senior executives and HNW clients professionally
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, visa procurement, and expense reporting
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials; support client meetings, onboarding, and events
  • Support general office administration, facilities management, and ad-hoc projects as needed


What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years executive admin experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Financial services background preferred
  • Expert in MS Office suite
  • SAP Concur or similar expense tools
  • Exceptional discretion and judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starter
