A Manhattan‑based Real Estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of administrative experience.


Fully onsite Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: $80-85K + bonus


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office organization, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and vendor account oversight.
  • Maintain digital and hard‑copy filing systems and track storage invoices.
  • Support basic marketing tasks such as updating website content, newsletters, and mailing lists.
  • Register visitors, prepare expense reports, and assist with internal administrative processes.
  • Provide meeting support, including preparing materials and assisting with board‑related documentation.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings with external parties, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.


Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
