What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional attitude

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars

• Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, email support)

• Help keep the office running smoothly day-to-day

• Help with interview screenings for potential candidates during recruitment process



What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred

• Positive attitude and attention to detail
