Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the corporate accounts payable and accounting team with daily, weekly, and monthly AP functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices and effective vendor management while operating within an ERP environment and Microsoft Excel.

This role is based in a new, state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Lansdale, PA, within a leading global manufacturing organization specializing in high-performance thermoplastics, composites, seals, and engineered components designed for demanding environments. The Accounts Payable Specialist works on a collaborative AP team of three or more and reports into the broader AP function. The team operates in a hybrid schedule, alternating between three days in the office and two days in the office each week, providing a blend of on-site collaboration and flexibility. Work is performed primarily on computers using an ERP system such as SAP and Microsoft Excel, in a professional office setting with approachable and flexible leadership that values teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
