Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Itasca, IL

Assignment Type: 4 + month long contract with potential for extensions

Compensation: $27 - $29 / Hour depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process high‑volume vendor invoices accurately and timely
  • Perform 2‑way and 3‑way invoice matching (PO, invoice, receipt)
  • Review, validate, and post invoices in SAP in accordance with company policies
  • Manage Coupa workflows including invoice approvals, exceptions, and supplier onboarding
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries related to pricing, quantity, and payment status
  • Monitor AP aging, follow up on blocked or pending invoices, and ensure timely payments
  • Process manual checks, ACH, wire payments, and vendor credits as required

Requrements:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a corporate or shared services environment
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA (invoice processing, approvals, POs, supplier modules)
  • Strong experience with an ERP system
  • Experience with high‑volume invoice processing
