Lisa Cole with Robert Half a hands on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This role will focus on core accounting functions, including general ledger management, AP, payroll oversight, and month-end close, while supporting leadership with timely financial insights.

Job Duties

  • :Oversee all financial operations, including general ledger management, budgeting, cash flow, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), collections, and profit sharing
  • .Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • .Manage and reconcile bank accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal control
  • sManage insurance renewals, including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Umbrella, and other coverages
  • .Oversee payroll processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws, wage determination requirements and certified payroll reportin
  • gManage company assets, including vehicles and equipment, general ledger tracking, registrations, inspections, and permits

Qualifications and Skill

  • s:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or at least 5 years of equivalent experience in Accounting rol
  • e.Strong understanding of financial principles and regulation
  • s.Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Exce
  • l.Excellent organizational and communication skill
  • s.Proven experience leading and managing accounting teams, fostering collaboration and a productive work environmen
