Accounting Clerk - 6 month plus temporary role

Strong possibility of temp to hire

Will work onsite in Anaheim

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay $24 per hour


A growing manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to eager to learn and grow in their accounting career.


Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:

  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Post the monthly journal entries
  • Handle data entry of AP invoices
  • Filing and scanning of AP invoices
  • Support the AP and general accounting department

Requirements for the Accounting Clerk:

  • 2+ years of accounting support experience
  • Experience with accounts payable
  • Intermediate Excel skill
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills
