Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and records of the organization. They ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate accounts, and produce financial reports and statements. Additionally, the financial administrator provides financial advice and guidance to the management and staff. Key areas include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, cash management, payroll processing, and tax compliance.

Work Environment
This position is remote but requires the candidate to be located in Colorado, ideally in the Denver/metro area, working on Mountain Standard Time (MST). The team consists of three members, including the manager and a junior accountant. The company offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a start-up feel, backed by an established presence in the UK.
