The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead the charge in building and maintaining the vital relationship between the agency and our clients. You are the bridge between ambitious brand goals and high-performing creative execution, responsible for earning client respect while never losing sight of the long-term business drive.
The Role
- Strategic Leadership: Drive marketing and creative strategies based on deep consumer and business insights. You will lead the development of actionable creative and project briefs.
- Project Mastery: Independently manage creative projects from briefing to execution. You should have thorough knowledge of production processes across digital, print, and television.
- Client Partnership: Act as a senior lead with clients in a positive, professional, and constructive manner. You will effectively sell agency strategies and points of view.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor junior account members. You are responsible for delegating effectively while ensuring the ultimate quality of all projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant agency experience.
- Strategic Mindset: A solid understanding of client business, major consumer segments, and the competitive set.
- Problem Solver: Proven ability to read a situation and react appropriately to solve problems and issues.
- Dynamic Presenter: An energetic and passionate presenter with the ability to create clear storylines in all written documents.
