Account Sales Representative – Dental

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused seller to grow and strengthen our dental business across an assigned book of accounts.


This role is focused on developing existing customers, expanding product adoption, increasing share of wallet, and driving long-term growth. You’ll work closely with DASH’s Dental sales leadership and broader commercial team to execute targeted growth strategies and support customers through a consultative approach.

What You’ll Do

Account Growth and Management

  • Manage and grow an assigned book of dental accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts
  • Develop and execute account growth plans focused on expansion and retention
  • Increase share of wallet across dental practices, groups, and assigned customers
  • Maintain proactive communication to understand customer goals and opportunities

Consultative Selling

  • Identify customer challenges, workflow needs, and product opportunities
  • Recommend solutions that align with customer priorities and deliver value
  • Drive product adoption across locations, teams, and programs
  • Position DASH as a trusted partner within the dental space

Pipeline and Sales Execution

  • Build and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Document activity, opportunities, and next steps in CRM
  • Maintain visibility into account trends, forecasts, and revenue opportunities
  • Move opportunities through the sales process to close

Retention and Account Health

  • Monitor account performance, purchase patterns, and risk signals
  • Address customer concerns proactively and escalate when needed
  • Serve as an advocate for the customer while balancing business objectives
  • Deliver a high level of service, responsiveness, and follow-through


What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience with a proven ability to grow accounts and close business
  • Experience in account management, consultative selling, or business development
  • Dental industry experience preferred; healthcare or medical sales experience also valuable
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and opportunities
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • CRM or ERP experience required (NetSuite a plus)
