About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic seller to own and grow key dental accounts across DSOs, GPOs, and digital platforms.


This is a high-impact role at DASH Medical Gloves, focused on driving growth through a hybrid model of strategic accounts, distributor partnerships, and emerging digital channels. If you enjoy building business, navigating multiple channels, and creating momentum, this role is built for you.


What You’ll Do

Strategic Account Growth

  • Manage and grow sales across DSOs, GPOs, dental schools, and community health organizations
  • Build and execute account plans that drive revenue, compliance, and long-term growth
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and procurement stakeholders

Digital Platforms and Marketplace Growth

  • Drive growth across procurement platforms and online marketplaces (e.g., Net32, Torch)
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, assortment, and promotions to improve visibility and conversion
  • Partner with marketing to enhance digital content and campaign performance
  • Analyze platform data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities

Distributor and Channel Alignment

  • Collaborate with distributor partners (Henry Schein, Patterson, Darby, etc.) to drive aligned growth
  • Execute pull-through programs within DSOs, GPOs, and platform-driven accounts
  • Support distributor reps with training, tools, and joint selling initiatives
  • Align pricing, programs, and promotions across direct, dealer, and digital channels

Sales Execution and Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and complete RFPs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute customer programs and initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of dental or healthcare sales experience
  • Experience with DSOs, GPOs, procurement platforms, or distributor channels preferred
  • Experience with digital sales channels or online marketplaces strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate across multiple sales channels (direct, dealer, digital)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot and NetSuite a plus)
  • Willingness to travel and balance hybrid selling (remote and in-person)
