Position Overview & Description

As an Account Representative, you will partner with the sales team to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services they’ve received. You will report directly to our Senior Account Manager(s) and Account Manager(s) where you will receive direction, including daily tasks and ongoing mentorship. This job consists of 100% supporting our sales team with the goal of you contributing direct sales after appropriate training. Although you will have a desk and a computer, you won’t be sitting at your desk very often. This job requires someone who never wants to have the same day twice and loves going from task to task. In this client-facing role, the ideal candidate has a service-orientated personality and a desire to find a challenging and rewarding career. There are endless possibilities for advancement in responsibility, salary and commissions.  


Experience, Qualifications, Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the legal field
  • Answering phone calls, picking up projects, gathering work instructions, understanding the client’s deadlines, and ensuring the project is delivered 100% correctly.
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust with our clients through open and interactive communication, listening to their needs, and going the extra mile for them.
  • Work as part of a team while growing as an individual contributor.
  • Support both Senior Account Managers and Account Managers where needed.
  • Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings. You will also promptly return phone calls and emails, sometimes outside of regular working hours.
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients to access our services and have a strong understanding of our services and communicate what we do for our clients.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to excel at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn HubSpot for daily schedule management and capturing client data

Physical Demands and other requirement:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 35-pound document boxes
  • Drivers licenses and reliable transportation
  • Working smart phone
