Location: New York or Los Angeles (with travel as needed)


The Account Manager is the day-to-day owner of client relationships and project delivery, responsible for driving alignment between client vision, creative development, and production execution.

This role operates at the center of cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability across fast-paced experiential projects. The Account Manager is responsible for protecting scope, managing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for account growth, while delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience.


Essential Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management

  • Lead day-to-day client communications with a focus on clarity, transparency, and expectation management
  • Guide clients through project phases, structuring feedback and approvals to maintain momentum
  • Build trust by anticipating needs, identifying risks early, and offering solutions proactively
  • Maintain control of communication flow to ensure alignment and efficiency across all stakeholders
  • Support Account Director in leading client meetings, presentations, and status updates.
  • Invested in the client’s business with an eye on uncovering further opportunities


Project & Account Execution

Drive internal teams (Design, Production, Fabrication, PM) to ensure on time, on budget delivery

  • Translate client goals into clear briefs, actionable scopes
  • ,Collaborate with project managers on timelines and workflows, ensuring dependencies and risks are actively managed
  • Act as the central point of alignment across creative intent and build feasibility
  • Hold team accountable and ensure all deliverables meet design integrity, brand standards, and fabrication constraints
  • Support internal handoffs and maintain clear documentation across all phases of work.
  • Support development of scopes of work, proposals, and client presentations.


Operational Excellence

  • Enforce internal processes, tools, and communication standards across all projects.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation (briefs, scopes, timelines, trackers).
  • Drive efficient internal meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and next steps.
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to workflow improvements across teams.
  • Help resolve day-to-day issues while escalating larger concerns when necessary.
  • Participate in project wrap-ups to identify learnings and process improvements.


Financial Management

  • Support budget tracking, scope management, and change orders.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects remain on budget and aligned with financial goals.
  • Assist in developing estimates and monitoring account performance.
  • Support project reconciliation with the project management team.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand scope, increase revenue, and deepen client partnerships.
  • Contribute to account planning, including annual or project-based growth strategies.
  • Bring forward ideas that enhance client impact, efficiency, or innovation.

Qualifications:


Required:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management.
  • Experience in creative, experiential, agency, or fabrication environments preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability and desire to work in a team structure.
  • A genuine interest in fabrication and design is highly encouraged.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of project workflows, budgeting, and scope management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.


Salary Range

$85,000-$100,000 annually
