Now Hiring: Account Manager (Industrial Sales)
We’re seeking a driven Account Manager to join a high-performing commercial team focused on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic customer relationships while identifying new opportunities across product lines. The Account Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance through acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell industrial products, systems, and services to new and existing customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Research market trends and competitive activity to support sales planning
- Partner with service and operations teams to deliver customer solutions and process orders
- Support account setup, billing coordination, and collections follow-up
- Track delivery commitments and ensure timely execution of customer orders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen account performance and service delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7 years of outside industrial sales experience
- Strong customer relationship and account management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze data, build sales strategies, and close opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
