Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and partner accounts in a high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues for both partners and clients
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to ensure consistent and accurate data transmission
  • Communicate program value and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify and resolve technical/data-related issues impacting account performance
  • Support ongoing improvements and adherence to internal processes
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management or client retention experience (call center environment preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting-related roles
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented with a competitive mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
