Account Manager

Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships within the healthcare sector, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving account growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and healthcare clients such as hospitals, clinics, and provider networks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
  • Serve as the main liaison for client communication and issue resolution
  • Manage account portfolios to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage healthcare team(team leads/recruiters) for client job assignments, submissions, offer closures, candidate onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, billing, onboarding)
  • Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service-level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, client guidelines and standards.
  • Analyze client data and prepare performance reports
  • Support onboarding of new clients and implementation of services


Qualifications:

2+ years of account management or healthcare industry experience

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, state licensing or provider operations

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Proficiency with candidate data sourcing systems and Microsoft Office
