Job Description
This is a relationship-driven opportunity with a well-established and growth-focused financial services firm that partners with insurance producers nationwide. This position centers around managing and growing a network of insurance producers with a focus on annuity products. You’ll act as a trusted resource—helping producers understand product options, navigate cases, and ultimately grow their business. If you enjoy building relationships, having strategic conversations, and being part of a revenue-generating team, this is your lane.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with insurance producers and financial professionals
• Recruit and onboard new producers to expand the network
• Provide annuity product guidance, quotes, and case design support
• Partner with producers to identify opportunities and increase production
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to drive engagement and retention
• Collaborate internally to ensure smooth processing and service delivery
• Stay current on product offerings and industry trends
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or relationship-based roles
• Experience in insurance, financial services, and annuities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities effectively
