About the Role



Veteran Fire Protection is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships throughout California. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring service delivery, and driving long term client retention and growth. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and experienced in managing service based accounts.



Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned California based accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
  • Coordinate with internal operations and field teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Track inspections, service schedules, and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for additional services within existing accounts
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity within the CRM


Qualifications



  • 2 to 5 years of account management, customer success, or client services experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts across different regions
  • Experience working in a fast paced service environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and general business software

Pay range and compensation package


$52,000 - $75,000 Annual Salary
