Account Manager
Overview
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing our business. In this role, you will manage existing customer relationships while actively sourcing and closing new opportunities.
This is a fast-paced, sales-focused position where your ability to communicate, negotiate, and execute will directly impact revenue. You will work closely with ownership and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, deal structuring, and customer management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Proactively reach out to new and existing leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize margin while maintaining long-term relationships
- Manage and update all activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery
- Provide high-level customer service and handle any issues quickly and professionally
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently
- Organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a results-driven environment
Compensation
- Base Salary: $52,000 per year
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
