Account Manager

This role is responsible for managing and growing a key enterprise account from end to end. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional initiatives, and act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders. The position blends project management, relationship management, and revenue growth within an established account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead account initiatives from planning through execution
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and timelines to ensure delivery
  • Serve as the primary contact for client communication and issue resolution
  • Run regular meetings, reviews, and performance updates
  • Identify risks and drive solutions to keep projects on track
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and CRM data
  • Build strong client relationships and align services with expectations
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account growth, including upselling

Requirements

  • Experience in managed print, print services, IT infrastructure, MSP, or related field
  • 3+ years in account management, project management, or similar role
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required
