Account Manager – Manufacturing

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Exceptional Benefits

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow key customer accounts within a manufacturing environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, issue resolution, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure project execution
  • Oversee order flow, timelines, and customer expectations from quote through delivery
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnership development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on account activity


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of account management or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across technical and non-technical teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
